Following is information related to booking your trip and packing and preparing for your Salmon river trip. Also found on this page are a couple of useful articles about what you can expect on your trip and how to prepare for family adventure trips.

Checking for Availability and Paying the Deposit
Thanks for choosing River Time Guide Service for your next outdoor adventure! If you have any questions or would like to reserve space on a particular trip date, please call us at 866-872-5666. If there is space available on the trip and dates you want, you can either reserve your spot with a credit card over the phone or send in a check with a Trip Application form that we can mail or fax to you. The deposit amounts are listed below.

Reservations/Deposits/Payments
We recommend making reservations well in advance to assure space availability. However we may be able to accommodate those with last-minute plans. A deposit paid by check or money order is due no later than ten days after making the reservation, or can be paid by credit card when the reservation is made.

• A $300 deposit per person is required to reserve space on all trips. Balance payments are due 60 days prior to departure. Reservations made within 60 days of the trip date require full payment in lieu of deposit.

Conformation Packet
After you make your reservation, you will receive a conformation packet that includes a list of commonly asked questions and answers, a checklist of what to bring, cancellation insurance information, and detailed information about arrival and departure. The release and information forms enclosed in your packet should be signed and returned immediately by mail or fax.

Paying Your Balance
Payment in full is due 60 days prior to your launch date and may be made by check (preferably) or credit card. For your convenience, we offer an automatic payment service to charge your balance due to your credit card 60 days prior to trip departure. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if full payment is not collect by the due date.

Cancellations/Refund Policy
If you must cancel any reservation, you will be charged a cancellation fee. These fees are listed in the box below. Our cancellation policy applies in every instance and there will be no exceptions for any reason. River Time will not issue any refund for arriving late or leaving a trip early. River Time is not responsible for any expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled trips or for costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellations or illness. If you are concerned about the possibility of having to cancel, we strongly recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Cancellation insurance information will be enclosed in your trip conformation package. If you find yourself in the position to have to cancel your reservation, we will be happy to discuss alternatives with regard to your cancellation.

Transfers
Trip and date transfers with in 60 days prior to trip departure and within the current year will incur a $50 per person reservation service charge. Trips and date transfers with in 60 days that are transferred into the following year will incur a $100 per person service charge. No transfers will be allowed within 0 to 29 days of the trip departure date for any reason.

Performance
It is sometimes necessary to cancel or modify a trip. Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel or make changes to a trip if necessary due to weather conditions, changes in water levels, insufficient reservations, or other circumstances beyond our control. In these cases, we are only responsible for amounts actually paid to River Time Guide Service for services we provide, and not for any other costs incurred by the trip member. Guides and other trip personnel are not authorized to make or promise trip refunds or credits. We highly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance.
